WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 1/2 cup of butter 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1/3 cup cream cheese 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup pancake mix (you can buy this from a local corner shop or supermarket!) 3/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon oil 1 egg METHOD: In a melt half of the butter (1/4 cup)
